a charming stay!

the hotel location was prime. it was surprisingly quiet on my floor, especially given how close it was to lots of attractions. the staff helped me a lot, especially when i needed directions to nearby shops.
the bar seemed a bit understaffed. getting a drink during happy hour required some patience. it would be better if they had more people working at peak times.

The staff was very attentive. They were helpful. The rooms were clean. I had an opportunity to eat in the restaurant, and the food was some of the best I have eaten. The pizzas were especially good.
I paid extra for a "skyline view king bed". The first room assigned was on the 17th floor. The view was of the buildings right next door. After complaining, I was moved to the 20th floor. This was the same view.

The hotel's location is very central. I found many shops and transport options close by. Times Square is around the corner, but it was quiet on my high floor. The staff was helpful to me . I had breakfast included in my rate. It was a nice touch that I liked. The two king beds worked well for our group. The room size felt nice for the area I was visiting. I really liked the location. I found it relatively quiet. The rooms are nice. The staff was wonderful to me. Check in was easy for me. I was immediately drawn to the view.
The lobby looks tiny and dark to me.
